What is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the official sport of Thailand. It is called the art of 8 limbs because 2 types of strikes can come from each extremity. Punches and elbows come from the arms while kicks and knees come from the legs. It is a beautiful martial art when trained correctly.

What makes Pure Muay Thai and Fitness Club unique?

We focus on details. Our goal is to make sure each member of the club is well versed in the art from the way you stand and move to the way you throw a punch or knee.  Members get a great workout while also learning the art and building self confidence.
